Visited Granville Studio City during DineLA. Great ambiance and tables aren't as close as other LA restaurants. I ordered the spicy chicken plate per the waiter recommendation. It lived up to the hype the chicken was incredible juicy and had nice charring to it. Mashed potatoes were creamy and coleslaw was crunchy. The sauce is more tomatoey than a typical peri peri sauce. We also had the flourless chocolate cake and it was divine. Usually it's too rich and heavy, but this one was perfectly balanced. It came with a dollop of some sweet cream which was heavenly. I would order the chicken dish again. Not sure if there was a break/change in shift, but it took 25-30 minutes to get our waiter's attention for the check. I wished that I was also served water with ice tea especially during the summer. Overall, I'd recommend Granville for the food and can't wait to come back to try other dishes.

I came to Granville for DineLA lunch and I enjoyed it a lot. I haven't been to this location before and I love the openness of the dining area. They have indoor (bar seating as well) and outdoor seating. For DineLA I had macaroni and cheese, spicy pasta and vanilla ice cream for dessert. The meal also comes with a drink of choice for $25. The pasta was good and I'm weak in the knees for macaroni and cheese. It was definitely a carb heavy meal. The service was great!!

Cute spot for great food, a proper patio, and great service! My BF and I came here on a Wednesday evening for their DineLA menu. Our server was Robert. It was our first time so he explained that the emphasis was on fresh ingredients, and it definitely showed! BF got the mac and cheese to start, which he enjoyed, especially because they added some peas and asparagus for some greenery. I got the Thai salad to start, which was delicious and refreshing. We both got the pork chop for our entree, which was a massive portion. It was cooked perfectly and not dry with a nice crust. For dessert, we got one of each of the options (the flourless chocolate cake and the shortbread). The shortbread was the clear winner for both of us - it was light and fluffy, and not too sweet. Would definitely get that again. It reminded me of the scones you get at English afternoon tea. Robert our server was checking on us the perfect number of times even though he was working the entire patio. Even though this place emphasizes non-GMO and fresh ingredients, it wasn't pretentious at all which made the experience very comfortable. Music was also at the perfect volume. We'll be back to try more of their menu for sure!
